The Blackbird 40 is the first speaker in the Jet Series featuring Jensen's exclusive Reinforced AlNiCo magnet technology. The voice of the Blackbird 40 offers a powerful, controlled bass range and all the sparkly brilliance that is typical of the classic Jensen Speakers. Equally suited to clean, quasi-acoustic tones, to crunchy overdrive ones, up to powerfully distorted lead tones, the Blackbird 40 offers a very distinct yet versatile character. It suits a wide range of applications, form the traditional, warm, jazz, country, rock and blues tones, up to the fiercer brit-style power-chords and lead lines.

The Falcon 12 is a mid-power, rich and fat sounding speaker. Very smooth in the top end, rounded in the midrange, it delivers exceptional bass depth and power for its power rating. The secret lies in its proprietary, green cone membrane, the only seamed cone in the Jet Series which is an integral element of the pronounced bass response. The Falcon is very suitable to low/medium output power stages with its ability of making even small amplifiers sound bigger.

The high power 10” Alnico in the Vintage Series, the P10Q was used in a handful of beautifully sounding amps such as the Tweed Super, Brownface Super, and others. This speaks to the fierce tone of the P10Q, capable of great clarity, detailed tone with excellent trebles, and well supported by a solid mid and bass foundation.

The Silverbird 10” speaker is a well-balanced speaker that takes inspiration from the Blackbird 10 / 40 “Reinforced AlNiCo” tonal imprint. It retains the immediacy of the best 10" AlNiCo speakers, while also providing a powerful bass range that is tight enough for higher gain applications. The speaker is highly versatile and can fit nicely in a wide range of musical genres with its open and detailed vintage-inspired tone. The AlNiCo P12N is surely one of the most iconic Jensen speakers of the late ‘50s. Visually impressive because of the big bell cover on the magnet, it is the highest powered 12” speaker in the range. Among others, the P12N was used in the high-end amps of the time such as the Fender® Tweed Twin. Crystal clear in the treble range with transparent mids and powerful but tight bass, it is the “King of Clean Tones”.

One of the first speakers ever used in a guitar amplifier, the P15N was loaded in the earliest Fender Bassman® and Bandmaster® amps, setting the milestone for those classic tones. The P15N delivers a warm, full bodied tone, with deep basses, and a nice, extended top end. Excellent for all different shades of clean and pushed clean tones.

The Electric Lightning 10 shines and shimmers with clean tones, because of its exceptional response on the upper frequencies. The midrange and bass may seem slightly subdued, yet the tonal balance is remarkably even. Capable of cutting through any mix, the Electric Lightning 10 delivers warmth, boldness and articulation.
